• Lead and mentor software development teams, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 
• Utilize a tool management track for effective sprint planning, issue tracking, and reporting, ensuring transparency and efficiency in task management. 
• Create and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project goals and deliverables are well understood. 
• Apply Project Management standards and best practices based on PMBOK and Agile methodologies to ensure high-quality project execution.
• Ensure all projects align with compliance standards relevant to software development and documentation practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring that project goals align with business objectives. 
• Identify potential risks and issues, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and adjust project plans to maintain timelines and quality. 
• Promote continuous improvement within the team by analyzing performance metrics and feedback, adjusting workflows to enhance productivity.
