Content Operations Coordinator

Base pay range $25.00/hr - $28.00/hr 1 year contract What you'll do: ? Support the end-to-end workflow for editorial sponsorships, including tracking deliverables, QAing campaigns, and sharing post-wrap reports with the Sales team ? Create and maintain decks showcasing past sponsorship campaigns as they go live ? Support content programming and scheduling on high-impact Search Landing Page ? Assist with data inputs and organization ? Support with miscellaneous creative and administrative tasks as needed Skills: Skills What we're looking for: ? 3 years of relevant work experience with platform, brand or content background ? Proven ability to help manage large and small-scale programs and campaigns ? Excellent project management skills ? Strong attention to detail with the capability to work on multiple campaigns/priorities simultaneously ? Outstanding communication skills ? Creative background and design skills (not required) ? High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor?s degree preferred). ? Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. ? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. ? Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. ? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
