Required Skills Proficient typing skills (minimum of 40 WPM) with a strong emphasis on accuracy. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. Strong communication abilities, with a focus on clear and professional dialogue in English. Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly desirable. Previous experience in Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support is advantageous. Qualifications A high school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory.
