Remote Data Entry Specialist (Typist) | WFH

Key Responsibilities
Accurately input data into our systems by processing a consistent stream of images. Identify various document types based on provided guidelines. Review and validate data to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Maintain the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate effectively with team members when required. Recommend enhancements to job processes and workflows. Complete all daily tasks within designated timelines. Undertake additional administrative duties as assigned. Required Skills Self-driven with a robust work ethic. Proficient in multitasking and managing time effectively. Highly focused with the ability to maintain task continuity. Exceptional attention to detail. Quick to learn and adept at following both simple and intricate instructions. Committed to preserving client data confidentiality. Strong proficiency in reading and speaking English. Typing proficiency of 50 words per minute (WPM) at 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy. Must possess permanent authorization to work in the United States.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in data entry or a relevant field is preferable but not mandatory.

Compensation
And Benefits Hourly pay of $12. Availability of both full-time (preferred) and part-time positions, with a minimum requirement of 20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling options between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST from Monday to Friday.
