Mortgage Servicing HELOC SME

Job Description: Seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented executive to lead the implementation of a mortgage servicing HELOC division from initial development to sizable scale. This executive will work closely with key stakeholders to spearhead the development and curation of the overall HELOC strategy and drive execution. This executive will augment the existing team, curate the product roadmap, and provide best practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strategic mindset and an action-oriented management style. This is a hands-on role for a highly-motivated, team-oriented professional who wants to be part of a fast-moving organization. If you have a record of strong relationships in broader HELOC marketplace and financial services (i.e., credit unions, banks, mortgage vendors) and have insight as to the key issues that concern HELOC servicers, this role is for you! • Verifiable track-record of leading a HELOC division at a mortgage servicer • Must be able to directly create, develop and implement and interact with all facets of the client’s HELOC servicing operations along with directly meeting with and engaging with clients/investors, C-Suite, and E-Suite and management executives in direct face-to-face meetings, both via video conferencing • Must understand all HELOC-related processes, including how other departments interact with the loans being transferred in or out of portfolio. • Must have extensive experience with HELOC servicing and compliance policies and guidelines, along with all federal and state regulatory requirements • HELOC End to End Experience from Early Payment Default, Current, to Default Servicing: 5+ years • HELOC Risk and Compliance: 5+ years • MSP experience: 5+ years • Process flow and Visio experience a plus • Inspiring, engaging people leader and communicator, able to set a vision and gain followership. Experienced in building relationships with decision-makers that positively impact the business.
