About the position The Product Builder/Packager I role at Sonova involves performing specific manufacturing and packaging operations under direct supervision. This position is crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of production processes related to innovative hearing care solutions. The role requires precision in handling small, delicate parts and maintaining accurate records throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities • Perform specific manufacturing/packaging operations under supervision. , • Conduct repetitive production assembly/testing tasks with precision. , • Accurately record component, process, and other information on specified forms/logs. , • Use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting. , • Follow best shipping practices and procedures, schedules, and requirements. , • Receive incoming materials or prepare materials for shipment, maintaining accurate data records. , • (Un)pack or (un)wrap items such as raw materials, assemblies, parts, supplies, and equipment. , • Verify quantities, documentation, and conformance of materials to stated identifications. , • Log receipt of items on the system and process all documentation accurately and timely. , • Accurately fill orders or material transfers, completing picking, shipping, and other documents. , • Report materials shipped and bills of lading, posting weight and shipping charges. Requirements • High School Diploma or General Education Degree required. , • Previous experience in Medical Device manufacturing preferred. , • Knowledge of manufacturing operations and Supply Chain is a plus. , • Fluent in English. Nice-to-haves • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. , • Background in SAP is a plus.
