Our Miami, FL office is seeking a dedicated Administrative Support team member to join our high-performing insurance staff counsel. This role is essential in providing administrative assistance to attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, and leadership within the organization. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the smooth operation of our legal team. Your duties will include greeting guests, answering incoming calls, processing electronic mail, submitting invoices for processing, and performing other clerical tasks as assigned. You will be working in a hybrid environment, which means you will have some required presence in the office while also having the flexibility to work remotely. Please note that work arrangements may change over time based on business needs. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable, resourceful, and team-oriented, with a professional demeanor. The hours for this position are from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Preferred candidates will have experience in a legal environment, knowledge of the legal process, and familiarity with legal and medical terminology. Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and in person, are essential, as is the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in an electronic environment, including experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe, is also required.
