The Role As a Relationship Manager, your main mission is to cultivate relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and continued revenue and profitability. You will proactively establish strong relationships, address issues that arise, and serve as a trusted advisor to provide consultative support on our services and solutions. What You'll Do: • Ensure proactive client engagement to communicate features, optimizations, and opportunities. • Establish a level of trust with clients that leads to increased retention and satisfaction. • Serve as a point of escalation to proactively resolve client issues that arise. • Advocate for customer needs through internal partnerships with other departments • Provide client education around capabilities, new features, product usage and process. • Use data insights to identify opportunities increase client satisfaction. Talents you'll bring: • 5+ years' customer facing experience in sales, relationship management, or client success. • Experience supporting complex software solutions, ideally in financial services and payments. • Proven track record of delivering performance against goals consistently and predictably. • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
