Are you a relational shepherd who is passionate about seeing people come to know Jesus personally, growing spiritually, giving their lives away to impact their community, and ultimately reaching the world with the truth and hope of Jesus Christ? Would you relish the opportunity to be part of the collaborative leadership team that set the goals, vision, and mission of a dynamic multiple-campus broadcast ministry model? Are you a strategic leader, who can effectively cast vision and clearly communicate for all one-church and campus ministries, providing leadership and direction to staff and volunteer leaders? Our ideal candidate for the full-time campus pastor role is a passionate, relational, pastor with significant leadership skills. They will be responsible for the overall spiritual health of their campus by overseeing and investing in staff and key volunteers, as well as serving as the spiritual leader for the campus. In keeping with our broadcast video multisite model, this person will not have an upfront teaching platform. However, they should possess the communication gifts to be able to inspire and motivate others with a strong ability to develop volunteer leaders. This role will steward resources, cast vision, and create strategies to reach the campus community with the Gospel. Fluency in Spanish will be a very valuable asset in impacting the local community. As a pastor, this person should have a shepherd's heart to help people walk through difficult situations with spiritual maturity and compassion. As a campus leader, this person also needs to be an innovative thinker with a savvy business and strategic mind, balancing an eye for detail with the capacity to see the big picture.
