Visit our website at to learn more about our mission and impact. We are looking for a Non-Profit Administrator who can assist us up to 10 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and maintaining organizational documents. • Fundraising Assistance: Support fundraising efforts by managing donor correspondence, tracking donations, and assisting with grant applications. • Communications: Assist with drafting newsletters, social media posts, and donor updates. Requirements: • Education: A bachelor's degree or experience in a related field, such as business administration, project management, is highly desirable. • Attitude: Passion for social impact, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to our ever-evolving needs. • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, and ClickUp. • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with board members and various stakeholders.
