Skills Required: ServiceNow ITOM CMDB Certifications: Certifications Should be ACTIVE. Communication Skills: Good Details: Public Trust Position or willing to obtain one required. Requires onboarding with Veteran Affairs including finger print//training process for PIV card and VA environment access. Lead level ITOM CMDB TC to work at direction of customer. Tasks to be performed: Tailored guidance for CMDB next steps; driving a healthier CMDB to support other VA outcomes with ServiceNow; development and testing support; user stories, technical documentation and knowledge transfer Required skills: Deep CMDB expertise following leading practices, hands-on implementation support, consultative, team player, detail-oriented, adaptable, prescriptive, understanding of dependencies on platform and support team cases Location: Remote, on US Soil.
