Be the detective who spots any issues that negatively impact the client experience and escalate them through the appropriate channels. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required. , • Minimum two years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. , • Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple applications simultaneously. , • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. , • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on grammar and etiquette. , • Strong problem-solving skills, customer advocacy, attention to detail expertise, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
