This is a full-time career opportunity to join an amazing team! Assist individuals with identifying the best health insurance product to meet their individual needs. You will provide a consultative sales experience, create solutions, ensure a smooth sales process while achieving sales and marketing goals. Requirements • Have an active resident health insurance license in your state of residence. • Successfully complete assigned product training and certification with multiple insurance carriers. • 2 Years Call Center, Sales or Customer Service Experience. • Present and explain recommended product solutions, including benefits, features, company services, present alternatives as appropriate. • Generate customer sales via qualified inbound calls/outbound opportunities based off client expectations. • Identify and cross-sell prospects on various product offerings. • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through a knowledgeable, positive, professional interaction. • Help customer select appropriate health solutions by identifying and overcoming buying obstacles. • Drive growth by exceeding sales goals and objectives. • Self-directed and goal oriented with a focus on achieving sales success. • Strive to resolve customer issues on the first call and log all information. • Follows compliant sales scripts, and compliance procedures. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient typing skills, and the ability to navigate technology systems, including web sites, e-mails, and running multiple applications simultaneously. • Ability to be flexible with role needs and changes. • Comfortable with receiving feedback and direction. • High school diploma or GED. Equipment Requirements • Minimum software and hardware specification for a Five 9 Agent. • i5 Processor 7th Generation or greater • 8gb of memory • 500GB of disk space • Windows 10 • Network - 25 MBS or greater download speed • Network - 10 MBS or greater upload speed • Jabra or Logitech headset is a bonus Preferred Qualifications • Bilingual in English with the ability to speak, read and write in Spanish, without limitation ns or assistance. • Medicare Industry Experience.
