Sr Representative, Provider Services

Molina Healthcare is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sr Representative, Provider Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations and will be an excellent communicator, negotiator, and problem solver. The Sr Representative, Provider Services will be responsible for leading provider outreach initiatives and ensuring provider satisfaction through the development of effective provider relations.The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards, as well as the ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with providers, payers, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the Sr Representative, Provider Services must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects at once. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential in this role. Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers and other healthcare stakeholders. Lead provider outreach initiatives and ensure provider satisfaction. Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and standards. Develop and implement strategies to improve provider relations. Negotiate contracts with providers and payers. Monitor and assess provider performance and implement corrective action when needed. Analyze data to identify patterns and trends in provider performance. Serve as a point of contact for providers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Assist in the development of provider education programs. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Maintain accurate records of provider relations activities. Assist in resolving provider complaints and disputes. Report provider relations activities to upper management.
