Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commision-Based Dental Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers an attractive 15% commission on sales (ONLY COMMISSION), with the potential to earn an extra $5k–$10k per month while contributing to a cutting-edge movement in dental care. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling dental products and services to dental practices, ensuring that our offerings meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for the dental industry. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients and driving sales growth. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals to promote products and services. • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. • Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for growth within those accounts. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure sales. • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account management. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the dental or pharmaceutical industry. • Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients professionally. • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Proficient in negotiation techniques to close deals successfully. • Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in understanding dental products and technologies. • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
