Responsibilities • Educate clients about Medicare plans and benefits, ensuring they understand their options. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs to recommend appropriate insurance products. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations and changes in the healthcare landscape. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. • Assist clients with the enrollment process, including completing necessary paperwork. • Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote services. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve service delivery. • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their coverage. Requirements • Previous experience in sales or insurance sales is preferred. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus; proficiency in Spanish is especially desirable. • Familiarity with benefits administration and telemarketing practices is advantageous. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently. • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to building rapport with clients. • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate client schedules.
