Insurance roof inspector
About the position The Insurance Roof Inspector position involves conducting field inspections of properties in the Colorado Springs area. This part-time role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently and have strong organizational skills. Inspectors will be responsible for assessing the condition of roofs and properties, documenting findings, and submitting reports through an app. The role offers an incentive-based pay structure, rewarding productivity and integrity. Responsibilities Map and route daily stops for inspections. , Photograph and document the condition of properties at each stop. , Inspect roofs, ensuring safety by avoiding steep or two-story roofs. , Submit photos and report information via app and internet. Requirements Must have a valid driver's license. , Must have a reliable vehicle and car insurance in your name. , Must have a fully functional PC-based computer with printer and high-speed internet service. , Must be able to pass a criminal background check, MVR background check, and drug screening. , Must be able to walk low pitched roofs. Nice-to-haves Experience in insurance inspections (1 year preferred). , Experience in home inspections (1 year preferred).
