Accountant at TTF Bookkeeping
We are looking for a Business Accountant to join our team! We are a virtual bookkeeping firm. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our clients. This is a work-from-home position. Responsibilities Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports Develop and analyze monthly reporting for business operations Perform audits, ensuring adherence to GAAP requirements Set-up and maintain client accounting schedules Calculate adjusting journal entries Complete bookkeeping tasks as needed Assign and monitor bookkeeping tasks Maintain project management software Occasional tax return filing such as sales tax returns, payroll returns, and 1099 reporting Qualifications Minimum four years of verified accounting experience Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Bachelor's degree in accounting Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools Detail and deadline-oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong time-management skills; ability to prioritize, and organize Clear background check Private home office with reliable internet service Windows operating system with multiple monitors Flexible schedule We are looking forward to receiving your application.
