Chat Specialist (CS)

About the position Gubagoo, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking an Inbound Chat Specialist to engage in online conversations with customers, representing automotive dealer clients. The primary goal is to convert these conversations into leads that help clients generate revenue. The role is set in a relaxed yet professional environment, ideal for individuals who value great customer service and enjoy working with technology.
