The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients in a virtual environment. This role requires excellent communication skills… a friendly and professional demeanor, and a strong understanding of the wellness and aesthetics industry. Virtual Front Desk Management: -Manage virtual front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling online inquiries promptly and professionally. -Schedule appointments for clients using our online booking system and ensure accurate calendar management. -Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and packages to potential clients. Client Relationship Management: -Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalized assistance and addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively. -Follow up with clients to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with our services. -Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Administrative Support: -Assist with administrative tasks such as managing client intake forms, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. -Coordinate with internal staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. -Assist in organizing and promoting wellness events, workshops, or special promotions. Industry Knowledge: -Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the wellness and aesthetics industry, including various treatments, procedures, and products. -Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitors’ offerings to provide informed assistance to clients Apply Job!
