PART TIME - Remote Caller and Appointment Setter (Performance-Based)

About Us: HootBoard is an innovative leader in interactive digital kiosks, empowering organizations to connect with their audiences through engaging visitor information platforms. We are expanding our outreach efforts and are looking for a confident, fluent, and proactive caller to join our team as an independent contractor. Job Overview: As a Remote Caller and Appointment Setter, you will engage with prospects (both new and past) to schedule appointments. You will use a provided script to make calls via HubSpot, leaving voicemails where necessary. This is a performance-based role, compensated based on the number of calls made, including successful connections and voicemails left. Additionally, you will receive bonuses for sales closed as a result of the calls you make. Key Responsibilities: • Follow up with new and past prospects via phone using HubSpot CRM. • Communicate effectively and confidently using a provided script to set appointments. • Leave professional voicemails if calls are not answered. • Ensure all calls are recorded for quality control. • Submit accurate reports of calls made via HubSpot for billing purposes. • Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities. Qualifications: • Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills. • Comfortable and confident following a script and engaging with prospects. • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred but not required. • Proficiency in using CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus). • Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace. Compensation & Contract Details: • Performance-based compensation, paid bi-weekly based on the number of calls made (including voicemails). • Additional bonuses for sales closed as a result of calls made. • Independent contractor position (1099 in the US). • Candidates will invoice HootBoard monthly, supported by HubSpot call reports. • Candidates outside the US will be paid as contractors via Wise.
