Skills • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred, enhancing communication with diverse customers. • Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is highly desirable. • Strong analytical skills to assess customer issues and provide effective solutions. • Proficient in using computer systems and chat software to manage customer interactions efficiently. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring clarity in responses. • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
