Join Our Premier Hotel Call Center as a Customer Service Representative - Remote Opportunity Location: Phoenix Valley, Arizona Remote Work: This is a permanent remote position, requiring only the collection of equipment from our local office. Applicants must reside in the Phoenix Valley area. Equipment Provided: All necessary tools for the role will be supplied by the company, though candidates must have a high-speed internet connection. We offer a monthly stipend of $50 to help offset your internet costs.
Compensation
Details Base hourly rate of (17, with an additional 10% shift differential for hours worked after 6 PM ()18.70/hour). Potential to earn between $200-400 monthly by meeting performance targets. Shift Flexibility: We offer a variety of flexible shifts, including morning, mid, and evening hours. Candidates should be available to work weekends. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents. Assist in the booking of new reservations and the modification of existing requests.
