Key Responsibilities • Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat • Deliver precise information regarding our products and services • Schedule appointments by narrowing down on customer needs • Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving offerings • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review • Summarize customer interactions to ensure tailored follow-up for our clients Required Skills • Exceptional customer service abilities, particularly in a fast-paced environment • Strong decision-making and analytical skills • Proficient in written and spoken English • Basic computer literacy with internet and window-based applications • Capable of fast and accurate typing, with a minimum of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred) • Positive, professional demeanor with a willingness to adapt in a dynamic workplace Qualifications • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or the automotive sector is advantageous but not mandatory • Ability to multitask effectively; experience in gaming is considered beneficial • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is required
