QA Lead (UKG WFM Pro)

Our client, a well-known retail apparel company, is looking for a QA Lead with UKG WFM Pro expertise to join their team for a remote 9-month contract. Please note: this is a W-2 contract (we cannot employ C2C). Responsibilities: Lead QA Efforts: • Oversee testing for UKG Pro WFM projects, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines. • Define testing strategies and mentor QA team members. Plan and Execute Tests: • Create and run test plans, test cases, and scripts. • Use Test Assure and other tools to perform manual and automated testing. Validate UKG Configurations: • Ensure UKG configurations meet client needs. • Test integrations, workflows, and data flows end-to-end. Manage Defects: • Identify and document issues, prioritize fixes, and collaborate with developers to resolve them. Improve Processes: • Stay updated on QA best practices and UKG updates. • Recommend and implement ways to improve QA processes. Requirements: • Experience: 5-7+ years in quality assurance, with a focus on UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management systems. • Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with Test Assure and other testing tools. • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of UKG configuration, workflows, and customizations. • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex testing issues. • Certifications: Preferred certifications in QA or UKG Pro WFM tools.
