WFH Call Center Agent (Remote)

Description We are expanding, and we are looking to build a workforce of experienced telesales representatives/telephone professionals. Right now, we need dedicated fundraisers to generate donations for non profit organizations, and progressive democratic candidates and causes!On a typical shift, a fundraiser will use a script to influence existing or potential donors to donate to a cause or candidate. You will process credit card gifts, and work with Coaches on the online calling platform to increase success. We provide two weeks of paid training! Soft Skills: A successful fundraiser must be friendly, persuasive, persistent and politically knowledgeable/inclined/inquisitive. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered in order to deal with aggressiveness and complaints! • Make outbound fundraising calls on an automated dialer • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers • Use scripts to provide information about candidates or causes • Record the doner’s personal information accurately in a computer system • Correctly code calls Relevant Experience: Do you have specific calling experience with: • Inbound/Outbound calls • Fundraising/Sustainer calls • Polling calls • Survey calls • Membership calls • Outreach calls • Proxy calls Job Type: Part-time Pay: $10.50 per hour / Bonuses Range form $2-$50 (subject to change) Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Weekly pay • Work from home Experience level: • 1 year Shift: • Morning shift • Mid day shift • Evening shift Work setting: • Remote Job Type: Part-time Pay: $10.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 15 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Schedule: • Day shift • Evening shift • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Experience: • Fundraising: 1 year (Preferred) Location: • Wilmington, NC (New Hanover County) (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
