Keep a record of any shipment disparities and report them without delay. • Stocking Shelves: Stock shelves and displays in accordance with Home Depot's merchandising guidelines. Ensure proper labeling and accurate pricing of products. • Inventory Management: One of the primary objectives of inventory management is to minimize stockouts while ensuring that there are no excess inventory levels. • Replenishment: Maintain a vigilant inventory monitoring system for the sales floor, and replenish stock as needed to guarantee that customers can find the products with ease. • Safety and Cleanliness: It is vital to maintain a clean and safe workspace, ensuring that all appropriate safety measures are adhered to.
