You will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound communications, which may include phone, email, and chat interactions. Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Assist customers in navigating our products and services to ensure maximum satisfaction. • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and policies. • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. • Stay updated on product knowledge and company services to provide customers with accurate information. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus. • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards customer interactions. • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations. • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
