Sanitation Associate - 3rd shift

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Sanitation Associate to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg. SHIFT HOURS: Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Saturday 7:00pm-5:30am STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.85 with the potential of increasing to $18.15 after 90 days PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided. Job functions include: • Being responsible for cleaning equipment and surfaces as well as documenting work in the egg processing facility. • Removing all egg debris accumulated throughout the day on the processing equipment, floor and surrounding areas. • Maintaining a clean and safe plant while adhering to all USDA/AQ/HACCP requirements for sanitation operations. • Being responsible for wearing proper PPE when using chemicals or cleaning supplies. Requirements • Must be 18 years of age • Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds.
