MGS has immediate openings for Customer Service Agent at Baltimore International Airport. Exhibiting exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ensure the safety of property and people Provide wheelchair services ensuring that all security procedures are met. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities to the supervisor. Maintain the wheelchairs in good condition and report the ones that need to be fixed. Collect wheelchairs from terminals and parking lots. Provide security at different areas (such as door, ramp, catering, bag room) Performs all other duties as assigned by management. Competencies 1.
