Job Coach / Driver (Entry Level)

Now Hiring Job Mentor /Coach Location: Corona/ Riverside Pay$18HR 1st shift Monday-Friday • 7:30am-3pm • 8am-3:30pm Requirements: • Must meet the attached requirements (no exceptions). • Must be able to read and write English, as they will submit daily reports on the consumers’ progress and activities. • Must pass a background check, E-Verify, and a Live Fingerprint scan. • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a 15-seater van. • Proven experience in a mentoring or coaching role is a Plus. • Strong background in relationship management, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. • Knowledge of employee relations practices and succession planning processes is beneficial. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective mentorship. Duties • Provide one-on-one mentorship to individuals, offering guidance on career to people with disabilities • Assist mentees in setting achievable goals and developing actionable plans to reach them. • Share knowledge and best practices related to the industry • guide and support the consumers in activities such as arts and crafts, job duties like building boxes in a warehouse, and learning how to pick and pack. • engage in activities like singing and dancing during free time.
