Job Title: Bookkeeping/Accounting Supervisor - Remote | WFH Job Overview We are actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Bookkeeping/Accounting Supervisor to join our fully remote team. This pivotal role entails overseeing a group of accounting and bookkeeping professionals, ensuring the seamless execution of operations, and the timely delivery of financial services for multiple clients. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of accounting and bookkeeping professionals (5+ team members) to ensure operational efficiency. • Supervise month-end closing procedures and prepare comprehensive financial reports. • Review and uphold precise transactional bookkeeping across various clients or units. • Collaborate with the team to guarantee accurate financial reporting and thorough analysis of transactions. • Assist with transactional tasks as required to meet client deadlines and expectations. • Manage bookkeeping and accounting functions for multi-unit or multi-location operations, ensuring consistent financial management. • Provide direction and support to facilitate team success and fulfill client needs. • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development by mentoring junior team members. Required Skills • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting/bookkeeping. • Supervisory experience in an accounting or bookkeeping capacity. • Strong proficiency in multi-unit or multi-location accounting. • Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. • Advanced knowledge of transactional bookkeeping and financial reporting/analysis. • Highly organized with acute attention to detail, adept at managing multiple tasks and deadlines. • Experience leading a team of 5 or more full-cycle bookkeeping professionals is required. • Familiarity with billable hours is an added advantage. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent relevant education and practical experience.

Compensation
