As a Telemarketing Reports Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the efficiency and success of our team by compiling and analyzing telemarketing data to produce clear and actionable performance reports. The preferred location of where you live is in New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania... What You’ll Be Doing: • Consolidating data from systems like Intulse VOIP, Fingercheck, and Less Annoying CRM. • Merging and organizing data by employees, ensuring accuracy and clarity. • Analyzing trends and providing actionable insights to management. • Generating detailed Excel reports to support strategic decision-making. • Maintaining up-to-date databases with relevant information. About You: • Be able to do the job as described. • Excel proficiency, particularly in data analysis and reporting. • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. • Experience with telemarketing systems (Intulse VOIP, Fingercheck, Less Annoying CRM) is a plus. • Experience pulling reports and analyzing metrics for a team of telemarketers or customer service or inside sales individuals. • Great for someone who is retired Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 3 per week Schedule: • Day shift • Monday to Friday Experience: • Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Required) • telemarketing reporting: 5 years (Required) Location: • New Jersey (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
