Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
