About the Position We are looking for corporate travel representatives to join our remote workforce. Agents manage incoming calls from clients looking to book all trip components (air, car, hotel, and rail) in accordance with corporate policy to best meet customer travel objectives. Candidates must be able to manage reservations via phone and queues. Candidates must have the ability to problem solve and follow client policies and procedures. Strong international or ticketing experience a plus. Must have GDS experience to apply. Requirements · Two-years of experience working in a corporate travel environment · Proficiency on at least one GDS (Sabre, Apollo, Travelport+, Worldspan or Amadeus · Working knowledge of Microsoft office products · Availability for weekend and holiday shifts · High-speed Internet access and a quiet work area at home · Computer and headset (specs available) · Self-starter capable of working independently · Aptitude for providing superior, personalized customer service to a diverse clientele · Outstanding listening skills to identify needs of callers · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Please send resume to [email protected] for consideration.
