As a crucial member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our clients by managing live chat interactions with professionalism and efficiency. This position plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction, fostering relationships, and ensuring that our clients receive prompt and reliable assistance. ###

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely manner, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction. - Actively listen and ascertain customer needs, providing solutions and guidance regarding Autoliv products and services. -

Issue Resolution:

- Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues related to product performance, order status, and general inquiries. - Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring efficient follow-up and resolution. -

Knowledge Management:

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of Autoliv products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information during chat interactions. - Contribute to the development of FAQs and response templates, enhancing the overall efficiency of the live chat service. -

Performance Metrics:

- Track and report relevant metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings, helping improve team performance and client experience. - Participate in regular training sessions and feedback meetings to refine skills and address areas for improvement. -

Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with the customer support team to formulate strategies and approaches that enhance customer engagement and retention. - Contribute innovative ideas for enhancing live chat processes and improving user experience. -

Presentation Duties:

- Prepare presentations for internal meetings to share innovative strategies for optimizing customer engagement via live chat. - Actively participate in team workshops to present findings and successful case studies. ###

Requirements:

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role or related field, preferably in a remote setting. - Proficiency in live chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software. -

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. -
