Draft and proofread documents as needed... • Contact and Communicate with Clients: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely communication to ensure a positive experience. • Errands and Personal Tasks: Run errands, such as shopping, deliveries, or managing household tasks (if applicable). • Organize and Maintain Files: Keep both digital and physical files organized for easy access and retrieval. • Budgeting and Expense Tracking: Monitor expenses, prepare reports, and manage budgets as needed. • Liaise with Vendors and Service Providers: Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and vendors as required. • Special Projects: Assist with various projects, such as event planning, research, or other tasks as they arise. • In-Person Support: Provide on-site assistance when needed, ensuring a seamless and personal approach to support.
