Job Title: Online Chat Agent (Entry-Level) Job Summary... We are seeking an entry-level Online Chat Agent to join our customer support team. As an Online Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
