Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist and Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling incoming calls, and general inquiries with professionalism. This role also involves administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and friendly assistance • Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team member • Maintain records of client interactions and follow-up communications • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling • Provide general support to the team as needed.
