Business Development Analyst (mostly remote with flexible hours)

This role is primarily focused on sales development, with additional responsibilities to support the broader business objectives. In this role, you will be focused on sales development, helping to expand our presence in South East Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa market while supporting other key tasks in the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support sales development initiatives to drive revenue growth. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and sales channels. Collaborate with... sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize business strategies. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to recommend improvements. Assist in developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Provide reports and insights to senior management to guide business decisions. Collect market insights and provide feedback to management to enhance product offerings and communication strategies for different market demands. Collaborate with overseas business partner companies to stay updated on customer requirements and the latest market trends. Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure the timely delivery of products and services. What We're Looking For: Experience in business development, administration, sales, or a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Who We Are Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Accounting, Data Science, or Computer Science. Experience: Background as a Business Analyst, or in Administration, Sales, or similar roles within software development. Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Key account management and relationship-building experience. Proficient with data tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel. Additional: Full UK driving license preferred.
