Job Description

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry Clerk at American Express, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. Responsibilities • Enter data into Amazon systems accurately and efficiently • Respond to emails and phone calls • Schedule meetings and manage calendars • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records • Organize managers’ calendars • Perform market research • Create presentations as assigned Requirements • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office) • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar) • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills • Excellent time management skills • Solid organizational skills Educational Qualifications • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus Experience • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Benefits • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Paid training • Paid vacations • Flexible schedule • Remote work opportunity Company Overview American Express is a globally integrated payments company that provides customers with access to products, insights, and experiences that enrich lives and build business success.
