Employer Industry: Nonprofit Child Welfare Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity... • Full-time remote position with flexible scheduling • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on vulnerable children and families • Supportive work environment with a focus on community engagement • Chance to attend the annual Wendy's Wonderful Kids Recruiter Summit • Professional development through participation in evaluation activities What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Develop recruitment plans to generate a culturally diverse pool of resource families for children in need • Coordinate necessary authorizations to utilize photos of children in the recruitment process • Conduct monthly visits with referred children, including travel throughout the state • Host child-focused recruitment events or activities in the service area • Complete monthly statistical and programmatic reports in a timely manner What Is Required (Qualifications) • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or equivalent field; or a Master's degree in the same fields • Prior adoption social work experience • Strong public speaking, interpersonal, and community relationship skills • Excellent interviewing, observation, diagnostic, and family assessment skills • Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience in the U.S. How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Knowledge of state, community, and agency resources • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite #Nonprofit #ChildWelfare #Recruitment #CommunityEngagement #CareerOpportunity At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
