As a member of our cabin crew, you will ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers. You will be the friendly face greeting them aboard and the professional ensuring they have a pleasant journey. Responsibilities • Welcome passengers on board and direct them to their seats. • Assist passengers in storing their luggage in the overhead compartments. • Conduct safety checks before the flight and ensure all passengers are briefed on safety procedures. • Serve meals and refreshments to passengers during the flight. • Provide first aid and medical care if necessary. • Handle passenger queries and complaints effectively. • Maintain a tidy and organized cabin environment. • Ensure compliance with all airline regulations and safety standards. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience as a flight attendant or in customer service is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations. • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Must meet physical requirements (e.g., reach height of 212 cm, lift heavy objects).
