Commercial Pricing Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Pricing Manager to join our team. As a key commercial-finance position, you will work closely with executive leaders and regional leadership teams to develop internal financial strategies, review total cost of ownership pricing models, and provide financial guidance on complex pricing and value-add solutions. This role will also involve... representing the financial face of the company in front of clients and supporting business leaders in providing analysis and context on proposed deals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership support to ensure strategic client-related initiatives are accurate and timely, allowing for informed and strategic decisions.

  • Lead and facilitate global alignment with local pricing teams.
  • Review, consolidate, and standardize pricing across all segments and geos to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with executive leadership and business development teams to manage RFP responses and provide financial guidance on pricing decisions.
  • Lead project pricing, value-add total cost of ownership modeling, postmortem review, and process improvement functions.
  • Ensure financial deliverables are accurate and compliant with global policies, IFRS, local taxes, and commercial standards.
  • Support client negotiations and work globally and cross-functionally to confirm operational viability of proposals.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management with a BPO company.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative/technical discipline, with an MBA a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, superior analytical and problem-solving capability, and previous experience in client negotiations and contract reviews from a financial perspective.
