Job Title: Product Testing and Evaluation Specialist Job Summary... We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Testing and Evaluation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Amazon Inc. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $65,000 – $78,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will have the flexibility of working remotely, with standard working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Description As a Product Testing and Evaluation Specialist at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our diverse range of products. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough product tests and evaluations to assess performance, usability, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various departments, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to provide actionable insights that will enhance product quality and user experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and executing test plans, documenting findings, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. You will utilize various testing methodologies to examine product features, durability, and overall performance. In addition, you will be responsible for gathering feedback from consumers and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about consumer products and possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. A strong understanding of product lifecycle, market trends, and customer needs will be essential in this role. In this position, you will also be involved in developing training materials for internal teams to ensure they are well-informed about product specifications and best practices. You will act as a liaison between the product team and consumers, advocating for customer needs and ensuring that their feedback is integrated into future product iterations. Requirements – Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. – Minimum of 2 years of experience in product testing, quality assurance, or a similar role. – Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Proficiency in using testing tools and software for data collection and analysis. – Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. – Familiarity with consumer electronics and retail markets.
