Part-Time Hotel Phone Sales Evaluator

PART-TIME HOTEL PHONE SALES EVALUATOR Must have Hotel Sales experience and be located in the U.S. ShopTalk20/20 is a growing hospitality evaluation and training company with a current "shopping force" of evaluators located throughout the continental U.S. We are currently accepting resumes for part-time evaluators. Applicants must have experience in hotel sales or event planning. Upon hiring, each evaluator receives thorough coaching and ongoing instruction. Phone Evaluator: These evaluations allow hotel sales and catering managers to practice and improve their selling techniques. • Evaluators will create scenarios and identities to reach hotel managers as anonymously as possible. • The evaluator will appraise and carefully score the manager's sales performance according to parameters and key criteria established by the client. • An audio file of the call is also available in states that it is legal to record. • All collateral received will be evaluated, scanned, and uploaded to... our website. Evaluator Prep/Training: The training consists of a series of conference calls and video training that cover the following: • Complete overview of the criteria used when conducting evaluations. • Comprehensive training on using the company website to complete evaluations, as well as phone system training and recording conversations with communities. • Tools will be provided to help evaluators develop their scenario for each call and information will be provided to familiarize evaluators with customer guidelines and criteria, so evaluators are comfortable and able to provide feedback on a true "customer experience." • Information regarding invoicing and expense reporting will be reviewed. • A minimum of two practice evaluations will be conducted prior to full workload being assigned. Skills Communication skills (both verbal and written); listening skills; strong writing skills (proper grammar and spelling; sentence structure) and ability to meet and exceed deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word required.
