This role primarily focuses on administrative tasks, data management, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: • Manage and regularly update data across Google • Drive and document management systems. • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all documents. • Attach and organize supporting files while gathering additional required information. • Verify, correct, and consolidate data to maintain high-quality standards. Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong communication skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively. • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Hours and Compensation: Training: Full training provided, including comprehensive materials and instructional videos. Hours: Flexible schedule offering 20–40 hours per week. Trial Period: A mandatory 2–4 hour paid trial, with potential extension to a 1-week evaluation period.
