Applications QA Tester

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon. Responsible for managing a 3rd party testing system for Financial Applications testing (Tricentis: Qtest, Tosca, Neoload). Role would provide on-demand administration services, including user... administration, seat management and reporting, license application, quarterly upgrade management (evaluation, application, launch execution, and QA with user base), collaborate with IT infrastructure team on AWS servers, manage and resolve ticket requests for issues on Tricents (from users), manage requests for updates in Tricentis workspaces, workflows, and fields (qTest). Role would run existing automated (Tosca) tests for internal financial application customers, and update automated tests after feature launches in production. This role is hands-on for technical support of Tricentis, as well as managing the product roadmap (QA 3rd Party tools for accounting systems). REQUIRED SKILLS 5 years of experience managing 3rd Party testing tools (administration, support, design), including automated and performance/stress testing 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role 5 years of experience supporting projects and/or product managers with implementations and feature releases 5 years of experience with reporting metrics and status to senior management audience 2 years of experience working with Tricentis testing products PREFERRED SKILLS BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or equivalent education Understanding of technology, at the system and commodity level as well as software and usability Experience with SDLC lifecycles and multiple project management methodologies (with testing).
