Job Summary:
Eventbrite is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and hardworking individual to join our event staff team in Anchorage on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will work under 4 hours per day and will be rewarded with an attractive hourly rate. Job Description:
As part of the Event Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the successful execution of events. Tasks include set-up and breakdown of events, guest reception, and customer service. The successful candidate will be the face of the company, interacting directly with our valued guests, making sure their experience exceeds their expectations.
Responsibilities:
– Assisting with event set-up and break-down.
– Providing excellent customer service.
– Handling guest queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
– Maintaining a clean and safe event environment.
– Participating in training and development programs.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– A friendly and outgoing personality.
– Detail-oriented and good problem-solving abilities.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
– Ability to stand for extended periods.
– Previous customer service experience will be considered a plus.
Educational Qualifications:
– High School diploma or equivalent is required.
– A degree in hospitality or a related field will be considered an advantage.
