Job Description

Requirements

– Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause of the problem
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
– Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
